The couple working there are amazing people they don't try and scam you or add anything extra that you don't need. Just got my muffler work done by them and it was around 1hr:30mins which is fast and he explained everything perfectly. Prices are very affordable. Amazing experience overall.

I had a great experience at NT Muffler Auto and Tires! The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options and made sure I got the right tires for my vehicle. The service was fast, the prices were fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. I truly appreciate their honesty and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend NT Muffler Auto and Tires to anyone looking for reliable auto and tire service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. I came in because one of my tires was slowly losing air. I asked how much it would cost to fix it, and I was told it would be $25 if the tire could be repaired. After I arrived, they removed my tire and then told me the tire was bad. They said repairing it would cost $50 or a new tire would cost $145. I told them the car belongs to my brother and I needed to call him before making a decision. When I said I would leave and come back after talking to him, the worker became upset and asked me for $10 just for removing and checking the tire. Before doing any work, they should have clearly explained that there would be a charge just to inspect or remove the tire. I was never told about any inspection fee. A customer should always be informed about charges before the work is done. The worker’s attitude and customer service were very disrespectful. He spoke to me in a rude way and made me feel uncomfortable. After I paid and was writing a review in the parking lot, he came outside, took pictures of me and my car, and then left. I do not know why he did that, but it made the situation even worse. Another thing that was very disrespec

I wish more auto shops were like this! He put my car on a lift and brought me back there to let me know what could be done to fix my muffler/exhaust pipe that had separated and was just hanging by a wire. The quoted price was excellent as well, and the work was done quick over my lunch break from work! Then I was shown exactly what was fixed and how it was done, and instead of some rinky dink wire holding up my new pipe, there was now multiple welded supporting rods. As someone who often works on my own vehicle, this whole process was awesome and rare. He even showed me the codes it was throwing and gave me some good advice for the vehicle (2001 4Runner). I even accidentally left my backpack and the owner called me within minutes and was outside waiting with it when I drove back! Excellent service and I will definitely be going back!
